How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, our technicians remove the top case or keyboard bezel, disconnect the keyboard's ribbon cable from the motherboard, fit a replacement keyboard built for your exact model (not a generic lookalike), and test every single key before closing the chassis.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The MSI MAG Infinite S3 is part of MSI's MAG desktop line — mid-tier gaming desktops balancing performance and value, positioned below the flagship MEG line.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Backlit keyboard failures on MSI in Gamdevi are commonly a connector issue rather than a full keyboard failure. Before quoting a full deck replacement, our engineers diagnose the backlight circuit directly — often restoring backlighting without any parts cost. That's the standard Xigox holds for MSI MAG Infinite S3 Computer Keyboard Replacement in Gamdevi — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the MSI MAG Infinite S3 Computer Keyboard Replacement is complete.
Curious how quickly Xigox can complete repair in Gamdevi? Here's our typical timeline: Step 1 — message us and our pickup technician arrives at your Gamdevi address within 2 hours. Finally — the repair is executed using genuine parts at our Virar West workshop, often same day. Then — we return it to you fully tested.
The biggest frustration about repair shops in Gamdevi is surprise bills after the job is done. We've built our entire model around transparency. Before any work begins, our technician provides a clear cost estimate that covers everything. You see the exact cost — approve it or decline, no pressure. Our ₹350 inspection fee is fully refunded when you proceed with this issue.
