Who repairs your device
Your MSI PRO DP180 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
If you are looking for MSI PRO DP180 repair in Sion that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent MSI bench since 2011, and our technicians work on MSI boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Parts for MSI PRO DP180 models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400022 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Pratiksha Nagar, our service coverage extends across Sion and all surrounding localities. In addition to Sion, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Dharavi, Sion East, Sion West and other nearby areas.
How your MSI PRO DP180 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Sion; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back MSI work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your MSI PRO DP180 does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we fully disassemble the cooling path, clean out accumulated dust from the fan blades and heatsink fins (the single biggest real cause of creeping temperatures), remove the old dried-out thermal paste completely from both the CPU/GPU die and the heatsink contact plate, and apply fresh paste before reassembly.
Dried-out factory thermal paste is one of the most common causes of creeping temperatures on a laptop that is otherwise healthy — we always clean off the old compound fully before applying fresh paste, rather than layering over it.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The MSI PRO DP180 is part of MSI's PRO desktop line — business and productivity-oriented desktops rather than MSI's gaming-focused MAG/MEG lines.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. The thermal compounds Xigox uses in Sion offer 30–50% better heat conductivity that shipped with your MSI. Our Sion MSI PRO DP180 Thermal Paste Replacement uses premium compound as standard — with temperature verification provided to every customer.
Reliability matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use original-specification parts for your MSI. Instead of counterfeit components, we use trusted supply chains. This is how we help your repair stay durable, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
We know you can't stay disconnected in Sion. We plan this issue for rapid turnaround. For most issues, our technicians finish the issue within hours. We arrange secure collection from your Sion home or office, perform the issue using precision tools, and deliver it back to you.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Before your MSI is returned in Sion, it undergoes a rigorous full-system inspection. We verify that your repair was executed flawlessly, testing screen calibration. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Sion.
Not everyone in Sion can handle complex this issue. Xigox's engineers work on MSI hardware every day specifically for MSI hardware. Whether it's a minor fix or advanced component-level motherboard repair, we fix it properly right here for Sion clients.
Each repair performed by Xigox in Sion comes with a comprehensive 90-day warranty covering parts and labour. Simply put, if the same issue recurs within 90 days, we redo it completely free. Xigox issues a printed warranty receipt every single time, so you know exactly what is covered.
Arranging this issue in Sion is incredibly straightforward. Step 1, call or WhatsApp us at +91 74997 61196 to describe your issue. Next, our complimentary collection driver arrives at your Sion doorstep within 1–2 hours. The team then carry out a thorough diagnostic (₹350, credited toward your repair). Once you agree, this issue is executed with genuine parts — and your MSI is returned to you. Most repairs done same day.
Businesses across Sion trust our repair to maintain productivity. We offer AMC agreements, a priority response queue, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages the repair for your Sion workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.
Your issue doesn't end when the MSI is returned. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual in the post-repair period, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Sion customers choose Xigox again and again.
Numbers speak louder. Xigox maintains a 4.9-star rating from 9,605+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR. Common praise includes: honest pricing, fast turnaround, and genuine parts. What Sion customers value most: "Same-day fix with genuine parts and clear communication throughout." Become part of the growing community of satisfied Xigox customers in Sion.
A common question is whether their laptop insurance covers this issue. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. For out-of-warranty MSI units, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
Technology keeps your life running — protect it with a dependable MSI PRO DP180 Thermal Paste Replacement team. Xigox looks after customers across Mumbai, Thane and Palghar with transparent billing.
