If you are looking for MSI Laptop repair in Thane that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent MSI bench since 2011, and our technicians work on MSI boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Every MSI component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Laptop — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400601 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Upvan Lake, our service coverage extends across Thane and all surrounding localities. In addition to Thane, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Thane West, Charai, Balkum and other nearby areas.
Straightforward MSI jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Thane. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.

Product lines
MSI does not build one laptop — it builds 9 separate series, and Laptop Keyboard Backlight Fix is a different job on each. Xigox services Creator, GF, Katana and MAG and the rest of the MSI range. We regularly take in Creator, GF, Katana and MAG, along with MEG, Modern, Prestige and Raider units for Laptop Keyboard Backlight Fix in Thane. Specific MSI models on our current service list include MSI GF63 Thin, MSI Katana 15 and MSI Raider GE78 HX. If your MSI model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The MSI Katana 15 is part of MSI's Katana line — mid-tier gaming laptops offering a dedicated GPU and high-refresh display at a more accessible price than MSI's flagship Raider/Titan lines.
The MSI Raider GE78 HX is part of MSI's Raider line — MSI's flagship high-performance gaming laptops, with the strongest available GPU configurations, high-refresh displays, and MSI's most aggressive cooling.
Worth knowing for this repair: Distinctive RGB-forward design (often with a per-key RGB keyboard).
The MSI GF63 Thin (GF-series) is part of MSI's entry-level gaming laptop range — a budget-friendly path into dedicated-GPU gaming, thinner and lighter than MSI's higher-tier gaming lines.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, our technicians power down your laptop fully, remove the bezel or display assembly screws, disconnect the fragile LVDS/eDP display cable, and swap in a panel matched to the exact resolution and connector type your model uses — then reseat the cable and run a full-screen color/dead-pixel test before closing the lid back up.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. Keyboard ghosting, cursor jumping, or a snapped hinge on your MSI requires specialist tools to fix correctly. Xigox engineers use the correct spanner sets and hinge-replacement kits, prevent chassis stress fractures during hinge work, and test all keys and cursor tracking before delivery. When it's MSI Laptop Keyboard Backlight Fix you need in Thane, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished MSI Laptop Keyboard Backlight Fix — parts and labour both.
