10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Thane repair shops handle ASUS the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our ASUS technicians are trained specifically on ASUS Laptop architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on ASUS work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for ASUS Laptop models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400601 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Upvan Lake, our service coverage extends across Thane and all surrounding localities. In addition to Thane, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Thane West, Charai, Balkum and other nearby areas.
Straightforward ASUS jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Thane. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
We back ASUS work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Laptop does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

Xigox keeps ASUS parts and service documentation for 10 ASUS series, so Laptop Keyboard Backlight Fix on a ExpertBook, ExpertCenter, ProArt and ROG machine is handled by someone who has seen that chassis before. We regularly take in ExpertBook, ExpertCenter, ProArt and ROG, along with ROG Strix, TUF, Vivo and VivoBook units for Laptop Keyboard Backlight Fix in Thane. Specific ASUS models on our current service list include Asus ROG, Asus TUF, Asus VivoBook and Asus ZenBook. If your ASUS model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Asus ZenBook is Asus's premium consumer laptop line — thinner, lighter, and better-built than VivoBook, Asus's direct competitor to the Dell XPS and HP Spectre.
Worth knowing for this repair: Thinner profile than VivoBook often means more soldered components — confirm upgradeability before assuming it.
The Asus ROG is part of Asus's ROG (Republic of Gamers) line — Asus's flagship gaming brand (laptop and desktop), known for high-refresh displays, aggressive cooling, and distinctive RGB-forward design.
Worth knowing for this repair: Distinctive RGB lighting (Aura Sync) across keyboard and chassis.
The Asus TUF is part of Asus's TUF Gaming line — positioned as a more affordable, durability-focused alternative to ROG, with MIL-STD durability testing and a more restrained (less RGB-heavy) design.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, our technicians power down your laptop fully, remove the bezel or display assembly screws, disconnect the fragile LVDS/eDP display cable, and swap in a panel matched to the exact resolution and connector type your model uses — then reseat the cable and run a full-screen color/dead-pixel test before closing the lid back up.
