How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, our technicians clear any stuck print jobs from the queue, reinstall the correct driver for your exact model, and reconfirm the printer's network/USB connection from scratch rather than just restarting it and hoping the issue clears itself.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
Who repairs your device
Printer Not Connecting Repair is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish, never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

Printer specifics
Printers are mechanical devices as much as electronic ones, so most faults trace back to rollers, print heads or the paper path rather than the mainboard.
For office printers we also quote an annual maintenance contract, because scheduled roller and head servicing costs far less than emergency call-outs.
If the print head or fuser is healthy, yes — rollers and pickup assemblies are inexpensive. We tell you the replacement cost alongside the repair cost so the comparison is honest.
