10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Veera Desai Road repair shops handle Samsung the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Samsung technicians are trained specifically on Samsung ProXpress M3320ND architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Samsung work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Samsung component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Samsung ProXpress M3320ND — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400053 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near New Link Road, our service coverage extends across Veera Desai Road and all surrounding localities. In addition to Veera Desai Road, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Seven Bungalows, Four Bungalows, Amboli and other nearby areas.
How your Samsung ProXpress M3320ND gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Veera Desai Road; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Samsung ProXpress M3320ND leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, we isolate whether the fault is the printer, the connection (USB/WiFi), or the computer's driver/queue first — each has a different fix — by testing the printer directly against a different device before concluding where the fault actually sits.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
