Who repairs your device
Your Samsung ProXpress M3320ND is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this exact symptom shows up, we isolate whether the fault is the printer, the connection (USB/WiFi), or the computer's driver/queue first — each has a different fix — by testing the printer directly against a different device before concluding where the fault actually sits.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
The model
The Samsung ProXpress M3320ND is part of Samsung's ProXpress business printer line — laser printing built for small-office document volume.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Laser printing issues — streaks, ghosting, or toner not fusing require targeted fault isolation: exactly which component has failed?. Xigox engineers never replace all laser consumables speculatively — keeping Samsung ProXpress M3320ND Printer Offline Fix cost to the minimum necessary. All laser printer work in Ballard Estate includes a print quality verification before handover.
Numbers speak louder. Xigox maintains a 4.9-star rating from 9,727+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR. Common praise includes: honest pricing, fast turnaround, and genuine parts. What Ballard Estate customers value most: "Same-day fix with genuine parts and clear communication throughout." Become part of the growing community of satisfied Xigox customers in Ballard Estate.
A common question is whether their laptop insurance covers this issue. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. The repair issues cost Ballard Estate businesses hours of lost productivity. Xigox handles all major printer brands: paper feed jams and roller wear, fuser assembly repair. Most printer faults fixed: print head clogs. Offices with multiple printers can sign up for annual maintenance contracts covering all Samsung units.
Not everyone in Ballard Estate can handle complex this issue. Xigox's engineers undergo rigorous training specifically for Samsung hardware. Whether it's a minor fix or advanced component-level motherboard repair, we fix it properly right here for Ballard Estate clients.
