10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Colaba Causeway repair shops handle Samsung the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Samsung technicians are trained specifically on Samsung ProXpress M3320ND architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Samsung work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Samsung component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Samsung ProXpress M3320ND — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400005 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). In addition to Colaba Causeway, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Cuffe Parade, Colaba, Nariman Point and other nearby areas.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When you book this with us, our technicians start with a full diagnostic to confirm the exact cause rather than assuming it from the symptom alone, explain what they find and the options before any work begins, and only proceed once you've approved a clear, upfront quote.
