Everything you need to know before booking your repair
10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Kandivali West repair shops handle Samsung the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Samsung technicians are trained specifically on Samsung Xpress M2020W architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Samsung work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Samsung component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Samsung Xpress M2020W — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400067 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Western Express Highway, our service coverage extends across Kandivali West and all surrounding localities. In addition to Kandivali West, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Poisar, Kandivali, Malwani and other nearby areas.
How your Samsung Xpress M2020W gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Kandivali West; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Samsung work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Samsung Xpress M2020W does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, we isolate whether the fault is the printer, the connection (USB/WiFi), or the computer's driver/queue first — each has a different fix — by testing the printer directly against a different device before concluding where the fault actually sits.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
