Laptop keyboard replacement takes 20-40 minutes. Our technician arrives at your doorstep with the correct keyboard for your laptop brand and model.
Yes! If only a few keys are damaged, Xigox can replace individual keys starting from ₹350. This is faster and cheaper than full keyboard replacement.
Laptop keyboard replacement at Xigox starts from ₹1,799 for standard keyboards and ₹999 for backlit keyboards. Gaming laptop RGB keyboards range from ₹1,499 to ₹3,499.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your laptop in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. Free pickup also available in Bhuigaon, Vasai Fort, Bhayandar West and surrounding areas.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Uttan. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the laptop, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. We also serve Bhuigaon, Vasai Fort, Bhayandar West, so you can recommend us to neighbours too.
We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. You can reply to that thread at any point to reach the technician handling your laptop rather than a general helpline. Customers near Uttan Fishing Village in Uttan get our fastest response times.
Back up documents, photos and anything stored only on that laptop before any repair — with us or anyone else. Most Toshiba Portege X30 Laptop Keyboard Replacement work does not touch your data, but board-level faults and storage failures can be unpredictable. Tell us in advance if the drive holds irreplaceable data and we will treat recovery as the first priority. We've been serving Thane district for over 15 years.
Our rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than roughly half of a comparable replacement and the laptop is more than five years old, replacement is usually the better call. We tell you which side of that line you are on during the inspection in Uttan, even when the answer means we do not get the job. Trusted by customers throughout Thane — rated 4.9★ across 9,727+ reviews.
Yes — Xigox operates 9 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week in Uttan, including Sundays and public holidays. If you are looking for Toshiba Portege X30 repair in Uttan that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Parts for Toshiba Portege X30 models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. How it's done
How We Perform Laptop Keyboard Replacement
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
2 What This Requires
- Confirmation that liquid, if any was spilled, has been fully cleaned from the surrounding area — fitting a new keyboard over residue just causes the same fault again.
- The correct screw set for your chassis, since keyboard retention varies by model (clips vs. screws vs. both).
3 When You Need This
- One or more keys are unresponsive, sticky, or register double-presses.
- Liquid has been spilled on the keyboard, even if it seems to be working normally right now.
- Keys are physically missing, cracked, or the keycap mechanism (scissor switch) is broken.
