Everything you need to know before booking your repair
10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Talasari repair shops handle Toshiba the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Toshiba technicians are trained specifically on Toshiba Portege X30 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Toshiba work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Toshiba component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Toshiba Portege X30 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401606 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Talasari Road, our service coverage extends across Talasari and all surrounding localities. In addition to Talasari, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Bordi, Bordi Beach, Gholvad and other nearby areas.
Straightforward Toshiba jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Talasari. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
Your Toshiba Portege X30 leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The Toshiba Portege X30 is part of Toshiba/Dynabook's Portege line — historically one of the thinnest, lightest business ultrabook lines available, prized for portability.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Backlit keyboard failures on Toshiba in Talasari are often caused by a flex cable fault rather than a full keyboard failure. Before assuming the whole keyboard needs replacing, our engineers check the backlight flex path and connectors specifically — sometimes a connector reseat is all that's needed. That's the standard Xigox holds for Toshiba Portege X30 Laptop Keyboard Replacement in Talasari — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the Toshiba Portege X30 Laptop Keyboard Replacement is complete.
The biggest frustration about repair shops in Talasari is surprise bills after the job is done. We've built our entire model around transparency. Before any work begins, our technician sends a WhatsApp quote that covers everything. You see the exact cost — approve it or decline, no pressure. Our ₹350 inspection fee is fully refunded when you proceed with this job.
Not sure what's wrong with your Toshiba? Before you commit to any repair, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection.
