How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When setting this up from scratch, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Backlit keyboard failures on Acer in Deonar are often caused by a flex cable fault rather than a full keyboard failure.
