Xigox is Dharavi's leading independent specialist for Acer Computer repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on Acer hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all Acer product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Parts for Acer Computer models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400017 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Sion, our service coverage extends across Dharavi and all surrounding localities. In addition to Dharavi, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Sion West, Sion, Sion East and other nearby areas.
How your Acer Computer gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Dharavi; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Acer Computer leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

Our bench covers 9 distinct Acer series. That matters for Computer LAN Setup, because a Aspire and a Aspire C are stripped down very differently. We regularly take in Aspire, Aspire C, Extensa and Gateway, along with Nitro, Predator, Swift and TravelMate units for Computer LAN Setup in Dharavi. Specific Acer models on our current service list include Acer Aspire TC-1780, Acer Predator Orion 5000 and Acer Veriton M4690G. If your Acer model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Acer Veriton M4690G is Acer's business desktop line — tower and small-form-factor options for corporate deployment at a competitive price point.
The Acer Aspire TC-1780 is Acer's mainstream consumer desktop tower — everyday home computing at an accessible price.
The Acer Predator Orion 5000 is Acer's flagship gaming desktop tower — strong cooling and GPU headroom for sustained high-end gaming performance.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a clean installation or setup, we connect the device to your network directly, confirm it's assigned a stable address rather than one that changes and breaks the connection later, and test printing/connecting from more than one device on the network before considering setup complete.
