Xigox is Haji Ali's leading independent specialist for Acer Computer repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on Acer hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all Acer product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Parts for Acer Computer models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400034 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Annie Besant Road, our service coverage extends across Haji Ali and all surrounding localities. In addition to Haji Ali, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Mahalaxmi, Tardeo, Breach Candy and other nearby areas.
How your Acer Computer gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Haji Ali; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every Acer repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Acer Computer.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, the moment your laptop arrives, we stop any further power-on attempts, fully disassemble it, and clean every affected component with isopropyl alcohol to remove mineral residue and corrosion before it has a chance to keep spreading across circuit traces.
Typical time: 2–24 hours depending on exposure time before being brought in
Skip the directories. Book direct for transparent pricing with Xigox. A desktop PC or all-in-one that won't boot, runs slowly, or has hardware faults in Haji Ali needs a technician who understands desktop architecture. Xigox handles Acer Computer Liquid Damage Repair for all desktop types: the full range of desktop hardware faults. Doorstep collection available across Haji Ali.
Swapping the whole board costs 3–5x more than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's on-site chip-level facility means engineers identify the specific chip and repair at the component level — saving customers thousands of rupees. Customers in Haji Ali come to Xigox specifically for this.
Your Acer model never limits what we can fix. Xigox engineers are trained across all major brands: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Different manufacturers have unique design choices we account for in every repair. This depth of brand knowledge reduces repair time and lowers the chance of secondary damage.
Numbers speak louder. Xigox maintains a 4.9-star rating from 9,605+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR. Common praise includes: honest pricing, fast turnaround, and genuine parts. What Haji Ali customers value most: "Same-day fix with genuine parts and clear communication throughout." Become part of the growing community of satisfied Xigox customers in Haji Ali.
Xigox's responsibility extends beyond the repair itself. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual in the post-repair period, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Haji Ali customers choose Xigox again and again.
Businesses across Haji Ali trust our repair to minimise downtime. We offer annual maintenance plans, priority turnaround, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages the repair for your Haji Ali workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.
A common question is whether their laptop insurance covers this issue. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. When manufacturer warranty has expired, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
