10 questions answered

Most Kolshet repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Computer architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Acer component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Computer — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400607 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Kolshet Road, our service coverage extends across Kolshet and all surrounding localities. In addition to Kolshet, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Hiranandani Estate, Ghodbunder Road, Balkum and other nearby areas.
How your Acer Computer gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Kolshet; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Acer Computer leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

Product lines
Acer does not build one desktop — it builds 9 separate series, and Computer Networking Setup is a different job on each. Xigox services Aspire, Aspire C, Extensa and Gateway and the rest of the Acer range. We regularly take in Aspire, Aspire C, Extensa and Gateway, along with Nitro, Predator, Swift and TravelMate units for Computer Networking Setup in Kolshet. Specific Acer models on our current service list include Acer Aspire TC-1780, Acer Predator Orion 5000 and Acer Veriton M4690G. If your Acer model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Acer Veriton M4690G is Acer's business desktop line — tower and small-form-factor options for corporate deployment at a competitive price point.
The Acer Aspire TC-1780 is Acer's mainstream consumer desktop tower — everyday home computing at an accessible price.
The Acer Predator Orion 5000 is Acer's flagship gaming desktop tower — strong cooling and GPU headroom for sustained high-end gaming performance.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a clean installation or setup, our technicians configure the printer or device's wireless settings from scratch (rather than just retrying a half-working existing setup), install the matching driver on each device that needs it, and confirm the connection survives a router restart.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Capacitor failures on desktop PC motherboards in Kolshet are one of the most frequent desktop issues on boards 5–10 years old — particularly in coastal and humid environments. Xigox's board-level engineers identify and replace individual capacitors rather than condemning the entire board: significant cost saving through component-level work. For Acer Computer Networking Setup in Kolshet specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed Acer Computer Networking Setup.
Longevity matters for this issue. Because of this, our team strictly use OEM-grade parts for your Acer. Instead of grey-market components, we use trusted supply chains. This is how we help your issue stay durable, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Replacing an entire board is often unnecessary than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's in-house BGA rework station means engineers diagnose the exact failing IC and replace only that component — a fraction of full board replacement. Kolshet residents seek us out for chip-level repair.
A common question is whether an extended warranty applies to this issue. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. For out-of-warranty Acer units, third-party issue is typically usually cheaper compared to the official service centre.
Xigox isn't just for individuals Kolshet rely on our repair to minimise downtime. Our corporate solutions include annual maintenance plans, priority turnaround, and dedicated account managers. Whether you have 5 laptops or 500, Xigox handles the repair for your Kolshet office with corporate billing and detailed repair documentation.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Kolshet is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Before any work begins, our technician shares a written quote covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Before your Acer is returned in Kolshet, it must pass a strict multi-point quality check. Our team ensures that the repair was successful, checking port functionality. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Kolshet.
Your Acer model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Each brand has quirks in their assembly that our team knows well. Model-specific experience cuts diagnostic time and improves first-time fix rates.
Xigox's responsibility extends beyond the repair itself. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual in the post-repair period, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Kolshet customers choose Xigox again and again.
Your personal data is our top priority during your issue. Customers throughout Kolshet trust us because we never access personal files. Throughout the issue, your confidential files remain untouched. If a software reset is necessary, we consult you beforehand.
Navigating traffic in Kolshet is stressful. To solve this, Xigox offers a no-hassle doorstep logistics service for the repair. Simply share your Kolshet address, and our secure courier will collect your Acer directly from you. Once the repair is finished, we safely return it in protective packaging. Enjoy total convenience without leaving your desk.
