10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Ambadi Road repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Computer architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Acer component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Computer — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401202 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Vasai, our service coverage extends across Ambadi Road and all surrounding localities. In addition to Ambadi Road, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Kaman Road, Evershine City, Sativali and other nearby areas.
How your Acer Computer gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Ambadi Road; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Acer Computer leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, our technicians remove the top case or keyboard bezel, disconnect the keyboard's ribbon cable from the motherboard, fit a replacement keyboard built for your exact model (not a generic lookalike), and test every single key before closing the chassis.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Acer keyboard backlight issues are often caused by a flex cable fault rather than a full keyboard failure. Before assuming the whole keyboard needs replacing, our engineers check the backlight flex path and connectors specifically — sometimes a connector reseat is all that's needed. For Acer Computer Keyboard Replacement in Ambadi Road specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed Acer Computer Keyboard Replacement.
