10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Sewri repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Computer architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Acer component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Computer — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400015 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Cotton Green, our service coverage extends across Sewri and all surrounding localities. In addition to Sewri, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Cotton Green, Parel, Lalbaug and other nearby areas.
Straightforward Acer jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Sewri. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
We back Acer work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Computer does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, our technicians power down your computer fully, remove the bezel or display assembly screws, disconnect the fragile LVDS/eDP display cable, and swap in a panel matched to the exact resolution and connector type your model uses — then reseat the cable and run a full-screen color/dead-pixel test before closing the lid back up.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Cheap replacement screens fail within 3–6 months — colour drift, backlight bleed, and dead pixels. Xigox Sewri uses display panels matched to your Acer's exact specification: correct nit rating, colour gamut, and touch response curve — backed by a written 90-day warranty. For Acer Computer Screen Replacement in Sewri specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed Acer Computer Screen Replacement.
Not sure what's wrong with your Acer? Before you commit to any repair, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection. While we charge a nominal ₹350, this amount is fully refunded when you approve the quote. Our local experts will explain the exact fault clearly so you can make an informed decision.
Many Sewri customers wonder whether their laptop insurance covers this issue. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. When manufacturer warranty has expired, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
Quality matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use genuine parts for your Acer. Instead of unbranded components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Need your Acer fixed urgently? Xigox offers priority this issue in Sewri for critical situations. From an exam deadline and your Acer just crashed, our emergency service ensures completion within the same business day. Emergency this issue can be arranged including weekends in Sewri. Just say 'priority' when calling and our team will fast-track your issue immediately.
Many Acer problems trace back to software. Xigox engineers are just as proficient at resolving software faults as hardware repair. Whether your Acer has: an OS that fails to boot, severe virus damage, driver conflicts, or MBR/GPT corruption. Our team restores Windows 10 or 11 in 1–2 hours, with a pre-backup where needed.
We know you can't stay disconnected in Sewri. We plan this issue for speed and efficiency. For most issues, our technicians finish the issue within hours. We arrange secure collection from your Sewri home or office, perform the issue using precision tools, and deliver it back to you.
Curious how quickly Xigox can complete repair in Sewri? Here's our typical timeline: Step 1 — message us and our pickup technician arrives at your Sewri address within 2 hours. Step 2 — our inspection identifies the exact fault. Next — you give the go-ahead via WhatsApp — completely your decision. Finally — the repair is executed using genuine parts at our Virar West workshop, often same day. Then — your Acer is delivered back to you fully tested.
Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Before your Acer is returned in Sewri, it must pass a comprehensive 20-point quality check. Our team ensures that the issue was 100% successful, checking port functionality. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Sewri.
Your repair doesn't end when the Acer is returned. The Xigox after-service team remains reachable 7 days a week, 9 AM–9 PM via WhatsApp or phone. Should any concern arise within 90 days of your repair, simply contact us and a technician is dispatched at no cost. This commitment is why residents in Sewri return to Xigox.
