Who repairs your device
Your Acer is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.
We service every Acer model — from entry-level to professional and gaming series.
Don't see your Acer model listed? No problem. We repair all Acer Computer models including discontinued and older variants. Call us with your model number for availability.

Guide
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Bulging or leaking capacitors in Lower Parel are an extremely common fault on boards older than 5 years — especially after Mumbai's humid monsoon cycles. Xigox's board-level engineers perform targeted cap replacement rather than recommending a full board swap: a ₹500–₹1,500 repair instead of a ₹10,000–₹25,000 board replacement. When it's Acer Computer Repair you need in Lower Parel, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished Acer Computer Repair — parts and labour both.
Your private information is fully protected during your repair. Residents across Lower Parel rely on Xigox because we follow strict data privacy protocols. During the repair, your photos, emails, and passwords are completely secure. In cases where OS reinstallation is required, we will always inform you first.
A common question is whether an extended warranty applies to this job. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. For out-of-warranty Acer units, third-party job is typically usually cheaper compared to the official service centre.
No matter the Acer you own, Xigox handles this repair. Xigox engineers are trained across all major brands: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Different manufacturers have unique design choices we account for in every repair. This depth of brand knowledge reduces repair time and lowers the chance of secondary damage.
Numbers speak louder. Xigox maintains a 4.9-star rating from 9,727+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR. Common praise includes: no surprise charges, fast turnaround, and genuine parts. What Lower Parel customers value most: "Same-day fix with genuine parts and clear communication throughout." Become part of the growing community of satisfied Xigox customers in Lower Parel.
