10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Tarapur repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Computer architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
We stock genuine Acer parts and OEM-compatible components for every common Computer fault — from screen replacements and battery swaps to logic board repairs and data recovery. Before any work begins, you receive a written cost estimate. Our ₹350 inspection fee is refunded if you proceed with the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401506 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Tarapur Road, our service coverage extends across Tarapur and all surrounding localities. In addition to Tarapur, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Umroli Phata, Umroli, Umroli Station and other nearby areas.
How your Acer Computer gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Tarapur; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Acer Computer leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, our technicians power down your laptop fully, remove the bezel or display assembly screws, disconnect the fragile LVDS/eDP display cable, and swap in a panel matched to the exact resolution and connector type your model uses — then reseat the cable and run a full-screen color/dead-pixel test before closing the lid back up.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. A black screen, flickering display, or visible cracks on your Acer — these are the signs you need Acer Computer Screen Bezel Replacement in Tarapur. Instead of replacing the full lid assembly, Xigox performs targeted panel replacement — at a fraction of a full assembly replacement. All panels undergoes dead-pixel testing, backlight calibration, and touch verification before delivery.
A common question is whether an extended warranty applies to this issue. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. For out-of-warranty Acer units, third-party issue is typically usually cheaper compared to the official service centre.
