Your laptop model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Each brand has quirks in their assembly that our team knows well. Model-specific experience cuts diagnostic time and improves first-time fix rates.
Many Dharavi customers wonder whether their laptop insurance covers this issue. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. When manufacturer warranty has expired, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
Quality matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use genuine parts for your laptop. Instead of unbranded components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Not everyone in Dharavi can handle complex this issue. Xigox's engineers work on laptop hardware every day specifically for laptop hardware. Whether it's a minor fix or advanced component-level motherboard repair, we fix it properly right here for Dharavi clients.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Dharavi, it undergoes a comprehensive 20-point inspection. We verify that your repair was executed flawlessly, testing screen calibration. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Dharavi.
The biggest frustration about repair shops in Dharavi is surprise bills after the job is done. We've built our entire model around transparency. Prior to touching your laptop, our technician shares a written quote that covers everything. You see the exact cost — approve it or decline, no pressure. Our ₹350 inspection fee is fully refunded when you proceed with this issue.
Is your deadline today? We provide priority the repair in Dharavi for critical situations. Whether you have an exam deadline and your laptop just stopped working, our priority service guarantees your laptop is repaired within 4–6 hours. Priority repairs are available 7 days a week in Dharavi. Simply mention 'URGENT' when booking and we'll prioritise your repair immediately.
Following a professional issue in Dharavi, you can expect significantly better performance: faster boot times, lower fan noise, full-day battery performance, or crisp, bright display — based on what was fixed. Xigox performs a benchmark at the end of every issue in Dharavi to document the improvement.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, we open the display housing carefully to avoid stressing the hinge brackets, lift out the cracked or faulty panel, connect and test the replacement panel on the open chassis first, and only close everything back up once the picture is confirmed clean edge-to-edge.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
Who repairs your device
Acer Screen Repair is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish, never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.
