Most Poisar repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple Computer architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
We stock genuine Apple parts and OEM-compatible components for every common Computer fault — from screen replacements and battery swaps to logic board repairs and data recovery. Before any work begins, you receive a written cost estimate. Our ₹350 inspection fee is refunded if you proceed with the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400067 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Poisar Bus Depot, our service coverage extends across Poisar and all surrounding localities. In addition to Poisar, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Kandivali, Kandivali West, Charkop and other nearby areas.
How your Apple Computer gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Poisar; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Apple work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Computer does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

Xigox keeps Apple parts and service documentation for 8 Apple series, so Computer Thermal Paste Replacement on a iMac, Mac, Mac mini and Mac Pro machine is handled by someone who has seen that chassis before. We regularly take in iMac, Mac, Mac mini and Mac Pro, along with Mac Studio, MacBook, MacBook Air and MacBook Pro units for Computer Thermal Paste Replacement in Poisar. Specific Apple models on our current service list include Mac Mini M2, Mac Mini M2 Pro, Mac Pro M2 Ultra and Mac Studio M2 Max. If your Apple model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Apple Mac mini is Apple's compact headless desktop — you supply your own display, keyboard, and mouse. Built around Apple Silicon, it's a common choice for a small home-office setup, a media server, or a development machine where the display is separate or already owned.
Worth knowing for this repair: Very compact aluminum unibody chassis — thermal design is tight, so cooling-path cleaning matters more than on larger desktops.
The Mac Pro M2 Ultra is Apple's top-tier workstation desktop, built for studios and professionals needing maximum sustained performance, internal expansion (PCIe slots on the tower configuration), and the highest I/O capacity in the Mac lineup.
Worth knowing for this repair: Significant cooling capacity for sustained maximum-load professional work.
The Mac Studio M2 Max is Apple's high-performance compact desktop, sitting between the Mac Mini and Mac Pro — built around the higher-tier Max/Ultra Apple Silicon chips for professional video, 3D, and audio production workloads.
Worth knowing for this repair: Significantly more cooling capacity than the Mac Mini to sustain Max/Ultra chip performance under load.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, we fully disassemble the cooling path, clean out accumulated dust from the fan blades and heatsink fins (the single biggest real cause of creeping temperatures), remove the old dried-out thermal paste completely from both the CPU/GPU die and the heatsink contact plate, and apply fresh paste before reassembly.
Dried-out factory thermal paste is one of the most common causes of creeping temperatures on a laptop that is otherwise healthy — we always clean off the old compound fully before applying fresh paste, rather than layering over it.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
