Most Malabar Hill repair shops handle ASUS the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our ASUS technicians are trained specifically on ASUS ROG architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on ASUS work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every ASUS component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your ROG — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400006 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Banganga Tank, our service coverage extends across Malabar Hill and all surrounding localities. In addition to Malabar Hill, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Nepean Sea Road, Walkeshwar, Kemps Corner and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Malabar Hill. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
We back ASUS work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your ROG does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.
