How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we run the same structured diagnose-then-repair process we use for every job: confirm the fault, explain the cause in plain terms, quote the fix, and only then carry out the repair — using genuine parts and testing the result before handover.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes for most cases
The model
The Brother DCP-T420W is part of Brother's DCP series — Brother's multifunction (print/scan/copy, no fax) printer line for home and small-office use.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Print nozzle blockages are the #1 reason for blank lines, colour gaps, and faded output — and new heads are rarely needed. Xigox's printer team uses professional cleaning equipment to clear blockages for HP Deskjet, Canon PIXMA, Epson EcoTank, and Brother. Typical nozzle cleaning in Beverly Park restores full print quality without parts cost.
Your personal data is our top priority during your issue. Customers throughout Beverly Park trust us because we never access personal files. Throughout the issue, your confidential files remain untouched. If a software reset is necessary, we consult you beforehand.

Different manufacturers have unique design choices we account for in every repair. This depth of brand knowledge reduces repair time and lowers the chance of secondary damage.
