Who repairs your device
Your Brother DCP-T420W is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

If you are looking for Brother DCP-T420W repair in Dindoshi that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Brother bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Brother boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. Every Brother component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Brother DCP-T420W — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400065 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this exact symptom shows up, we isolate whether the fault is the printer, the connection (USB/WiFi), or the computer's driver/queue first — each has a different fix — by testing the printer directly against a different device before concluding where the fault actually sits.
