If you are looking for Brother DCP-T720DW repair in Saat Rasta that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Brother bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Brother boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Every Brother component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Brother DCP-T720DW — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400011 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). How your Brother DCP-T720DW gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Saat Rasta; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we check the cartridge contacts and chip for corrosion or misalignment first (a common cause of "cartridge not recognized" errors even with ink remaining), clean or replace the cartridge as needed, and run a test print to confirm color and alignment are correct.
Typical time: 10–20 minutes
