Xigox is Kemps Corner's leading independent specialist for Brother Printer repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on Brother hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all Brother product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Every Brother component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Printer — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400026 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Cumballa Hill, our service coverage extends across Kemps Corner and all surrounding localities. In addition to Kemps Corner, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Pedder Road, Breach Candy, Grant Road and other nearby areas.
How your Brother Printer gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Kemps Corner; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Brother Printer leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, we isolate whether the fault is the printer, the connection (USB/WiFi), or the computer's driver/queue first — each has a different fix — by testing the printer directly against a different device before concluding where the fault actually sits.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. Brother Printer Photo Repair requires a different technical skillset — understanding ink delivery systems, fuser temperature zones, and drum calibration requires specific training. Xigox's printer technicians are trained specifically on print mechanisms: print head replacement and alignment, drum unit and toner sensor calibration. Most Brother Printer Photo Repair jobs take 2–4 hours.
