Prior to touching your printer, our technician sends a WhatsApp quote covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
Longevity matters for this repair. That's why our technicians exclusively use OEM-grade parts for your printer. Rather than grey-market components, we source from established suppliers. This ensures your repair is durable, backed by our written 90-day warranty.
Xigox's responsibility extends beyond the repair itself. The Xigox after-service team remains reachable 7 days a week, 9 AM–9 PM via WhatsApp or phone. Many Umela customers wonder whether their laptop insurance covers this repair. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. For out-of-warranty printer units, third-party repair is typically often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
Your printer model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Samsung, Ricoh and Kyocera. Each brand has quirks in their assembly that our team knows well. Model-specific experience cuts diagnostic time and improves first-time fix rates.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a clean installation or setup, for an installation or reinstall, we back up your existing files first, install a genuine, correctly licensed copy of the operating system, and install the specific driver set your exact hardware model needs — not a generic driver pack that happens to install without errors.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes
Who repairs your device
Canon Driver Installation is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish, never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.
