Who repairs your device
Your Canon PIXMA TS3370 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a clean installation or setup, we isolate whether the fault is the printer, the connection (USB/WiFi), or the computer's driver/queue first — each has a different fix — by testing the printer directly against a different device before concluding where the fault actually sits.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
The model
The Canon PIXMA TS3370 is part of Canon's PIXMA TS-series — Canon's home all-in-one inkjet line, generally better photo-print quality than the base E-series, aimed at home users printing both documents and photos.
Skip the directories. Book direct for transparent pricing with Xigox. A printer producing streaked lines, blank pages, or persistent error codes are surprisingly disruptive. The Xigox team provides Canon PIXMA TS3370 Printer Setup for all major printer brands: inkjet print head cleaning and unclogging, laser drum and fuser assembly repair, fixing paper-jam errors, and Wi-Fi connectivity troubleshooting.
