Xigox is Malabar Hill's leading independent specialist for Canon Printer repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on Canon hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all Canon product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Every Canon component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Printer — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400006 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Banganga Tank, our service coverage extends across Malabar Hill and all surrounding localities. In addition to Malabar Hill, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Nepean Sea Road, Walkeshwar, Kemps Corner and other nearby areas.
How your Canon Printer gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Malabar Hill; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Canon work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Printer does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

Specific Canon models on our current service list include Canon imageCLASS LBP6030w, Canon imageCLASS MF244dw, Canon MAXIFY GX6070 and Canon PIXMA E470. Worth knowing for this repair: Toner-based laser printing — low per-page cost for text documents.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a clean installation or setup, we isolate whether the fault is the printer, the connection (USB/WiFi), or the computer's driver/queue first — each has a different fix — by testing the printer directly against a different device before concluding where the fault actually sits.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox.
