FAQ

Open Now Computer Shop — Grant Road FAQ

Is Xigox computer shop open right now in Grant Road?
Yes. Xigox is open 9 AM – 9 PM, all 7 days a week, including Sundays and public holidays, with free pickup from Grant Road. Walk-ins are welcome at our Virar West workshop.
Are you open on Sundays and holidays?
Absolutely. We operate 365 days a year, 9 AM – 9 PM. Sundays, Diwali, Christmas, Independence Day — we're open.
Can I walk in without an appointment?
Yes. At our Virar West workshop no appointment is needed: walk in during opening hours and a technician starts the diagnosis straight away. From Grant Road, book a free pickup instead.
Do you accept laptops after 6 PM?
Yes, we accept laptops and computers until 9 PM. Many customers drop off laptops in the evening and collect them the same night or next morning.
Is emergency repair available at night?
Our standard hours are 9 AM – 9 PM. For after-hours emergencies, call +91 74997 61196 — we'll try to accommodate critical business situations.
If I walk in right at closing time, will I still be served?
Yes — if you arrive before 9 PM we will take in your device; very complex diagnostics started late may simply continue the next working day rather than being rushed.
Is the open-now status accurate in real time, not just a generic claim?
Our stated 9 AM-9 PM, 365-days-a-year hours are the actual operating hours — call ahead if you want absolute certainty before making a special trip.
Do you charge more for being open on holidays?
No — pricing is identical on weekdays, weekends and public holidays; there is no holiday surcharge.
Can I get an instant quote over the phone before coming in?
We can give a rough indicative range over the phone for common faults, but the firm written quote comes only after the in-person ₹350 inspection, since symptoms alone can mask the real cause.
Is there a queue during peak hours, even without an appointment?
There can be a short wait during busy periods, but walk-ins are still taken in order of arrival — calling ahead lets us flag that a technician should be free when you arrive.
