10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Papdy repair shops handle Custom the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Custom technicians are trained specifically on Custom Computer architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Custom work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Custom Computer models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401207 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Vasai Creek, our service coverage extends across Papdy and all surrounding localities. In addition to Papdy, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Kaul Heritage City, Navghar Vasai, Vasai Gaon and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Papdy. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Your Custom Computer leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

Product lines
At our bench we handle Computer AMC on the Custom Office range; the models are listed below.
A Custom Office PC is a desktop built from individually selected components for everyday office/productivity use rather than gaming or heavy workloads.
A Custom Gaming PC is a desktop built from individually selected components rather than a pre-built model line — the specific parts, cooling, and capabilities vary entirely by build, so diagnosis always starts with identifying exactly what's installed.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we fully open the chassis (not just surface-clean the exterior), clear dust from the fan, heatsink, and vents, check battery health, re-seat RAM/storage connections, and run a software health check — treating this as a genuine inspection, not just a wipe-down.
Typical time: 45–60 minutes
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Capacitor failures on desktop PC motherboards in Papdy are one of the most frequent desktop issues on boards 5–10 years old — particularly in coastal and humid environments. Xigox's board-level engineers identify and replace individual capacitors rather than condemning the entire board: significant cost saving through component-level work. For Custom Computer AMC in Papdy specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed Custom Computer AMC.
Curious how quickly Xigox can complete issue in Papdy? Here's our typical timeline: Step 1 — message us and our pickup technician arrives at your Papdy address within 2 hours. Finally — this issue is executed using genuine parts at our Virar West workshop, often same day. Then — your Custom is delivered back to you fully tested.
