At our bench we handle Desktop Battery Replacement on the Custom Gaming PC range; the models are listed below.
A Custom Gaming PC is a desktop built from individually selected components rather than a pre-built model line — the specific parts, cooling, and capabilities vary entirely by build, so diagnosis always starts with identifying exactly what's installed.
A Custom Office PC is a desktop built from individually selected components for everyday office/productivity use rather than gaming or heavy workloads.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we first rule out a charging-circuit fault rather than the battery itself, then — once the battery is confirmed to be the cause — remove it (external latch or internal screws depending on your model), install the replacement, and verify it holds a charge correctly.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Distinguishing a battery fault from a charging port fault matters for the correct fix. In Poisar, Xigox runs a quick diagnostic before any Custom Desktop Battery Replacement: battery health check, charge cycle count, and charging port continuity test. You'll never pay for a battery replacement if the charger or port is the actual fault.
Many Custom problems trace back to software. Xigox engineers are just as proficient at resolving software faults as hardware repair. Whether your Custom has: an OS that fails to boot, severe virus damage, driver conflicts, or MBR/GPT corruption. Our team restores Windows 10 or 11 in 1–2 hours, with a pre-backup where needed.
Your Custom model never limits what we can fix. Xigox engineers are trained across all major brands: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Different manufacturers have unique design choices we account for in every repair. This depth of brand knowledge reduces repair time and lowers the chance of secondary damage.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Poisar, it undergoes a comprehensive 20-point inspection. We verify that your repair was executed flawlessly, testing screen calibration. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Poisar.
Xigox isn't just for individuals Poisar rely on our issue to keep operations running. Whether you have 5 laptops or 500, Xigox handles this issue for your Poisar office with corporate billing and detailed repair documentation.
Your personal data is our top priority during your repair. Customers throughout Poisar trust us because we never access personal files. Throughout the repair, your confidential files remain untouched. If a software reset is necessary, we consult you beforehand.
