10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Khar Road repair shops handle Epson the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Epson technicians are trained specifically on Epson EcoTank ET-2800 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Epson work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Epson component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Epson EcoTank ET-2800 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400052 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). In addition to Khar Road, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Khar, Khar West, Khar East and other nearby areas.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians document the condition found (temperatures, battery health, dust levels) before and after, so a maintenance visit actually tells you something useful about the device's condition rather than being a routine box-tick.
Typical time: 45–60 minutes
