FAQ
Everything you need to know before booking your repair
10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Breach Candy repair shops handle Epson the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Epson technicians are trained specifically on Epson EcoTank ET-2800 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Epson work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Epson component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Epson EcoTank ET-2800 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400026 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Mahalaxmi Temple, our service coverage extends across Breach Candy and all surrounding localities. In addition to Breach Candy, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Pedder Road, Kemps Corner, Tardeo and other nearby areas.
How your Epson EcoTank ET-2800 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Breach Candy; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Epson EcoTank ET-2800 leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians remove the print head where the model allows it for a manual clean, since dried ink deep in the nozzle channels often doesn't clear with the printer's own automated cleaning cycle alone.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
The model
The Epson EcoTank ET-2800 is part of Epson's EcoTank line — the printer line that pioneered the refillable-ink-tank category, built for high-volume home/office printing at a very low cost-per-page.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Print nozzle blockages are the #1 reason for blank lines, colour gaps, and faded output — and new heads are rarely needed. Xigox's printer team uses professional cleaning equipment to clear blockages for HP Deskjet, Canon PIXMA, Epson EcoTank, and Brother. Typical nozzle cleaning in Breach Candy restores full print quality without parts cost.
