10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
If you are looking for Epson L5190 repair in Palghar that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Epson bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Epson boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Every Epson component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Epson L5190 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401404 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Mahim Creek, our service coverage extends across Palghar and all surrounding localities. In addition to Palghar, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Halav Pol, Palghar Market, Palghar Station and other nearby areas.
How your Epson L5190 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Palghar; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Epson work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Epson L5190 does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians remove the print head where the model allows it for a manual clean, since dried ink deep in the nozzle channels often doesn't clear with the printer's own automated cleaning cycle alone.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
The model
The Epson L5190 is part of Epson's L-series — Epson's original and most widely sold tank-based printer range in India, the line that established the "ink tank printer" category in the Indian market.
