Who repairs your device
Repaired in-house by Xigox technicians
Your Epson is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

Yes, all repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering parts and workmanship.
Costs depend on the specific issue and device. You get a detailed written quote after the ₹350 inspection, which is credited to the repair.
We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. You can reply to that thread at any point to reach the technician handling your printer rather than a general helpline. Our service covers the full 400080 postal area in Mulund.
Back up documents, photos and anything stored only on that printer before any repair — with us or anyone else. Most Epson Printer Trade-in Service work does not touch your data, but board-level faults and storage failures can be unpredictable. Tell us in advance if the drive holds irreplaceable data and we will treat recovery as the first priority. Free pickup also available in Mulund West, Mulund East, Nahur and surrounding areas.
Our rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than roughly half of a comparable replacement and the printer is more than five years old, replacement is usually the better call. We tell you which side of that line you are on during the inspection in Mulund, even when the answer means we do not get the job. Free pickup also available in Mulund West, Mulund East, Nahur and surrounding areas.

Epson Printer Repair in Mulund — Xigox
If you are looking for Epson Printer repair in Mulund that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Epson bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Epson boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Every Epson component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Printer — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400080 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). How it's done
How We Perform Printer Trade-in Service
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
When you book this with us, our technicians start with a full diagnostic to confirm the exact cause rather than assuming it from the symptom alone, explain what they find and the options before any work begins, and only proceed once you've approved a clear, upfront quote.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes for most cases
2 What This Requires
- A clear diagnosis before any repair quote is given — we don't quote blind.
- Genuine or OEM-equivalent parts, with the specifics confirmed with you before the work begins.
3 When You Need This
- Something about your laptop isn't working the way it should and you're not sure exactly why — that's what the initial diagnosis is for.
