Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Shivaji Park repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP Computer architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every HP component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Computer — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400028 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Veer Savarkar Marg, our service coverage extends across Shivaji Park and all surrounding localities. In addition to Shivaji Park, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Matunga Road, Dadar West, Matunga and other nearby areas.
Straightforward HP jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Shivaji Park. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
Every HP repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your HP Computer.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we first check the drive's own health data (SMART attributes, reallocated sector count) to confirm whether it's actually failing versus just full, then clone your existing drive sector-by-sector onto the new one wherever possible so your OS, apps, and files carry over without a fresh install.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes (longer if cloning existing data)
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Desktop PC diagnostics in Shivaji Park require different tools than laptop repair — desktop-specific diagnostic equipment. Xigox technicians use a step-by-step elimination process: PSU first, then RAM, GPU, then board. Accurate diagnosis first — saving you from replacing the wrong component.
Wondering how fast Xigox can complete repair in Shivaji Park? Our standard process: First — call or WhatsApp +91 74997 61196 and our pickup technician arrives at your Shivaji Park address within 2 hours. Then — ₹350 diagnostic pinpoints the issue. Step 3 — you approve the quote via WhatsApp — zero pressure. Step 4 — this repair is done using OEM-grade components by our engineers, usually within 2–4 hours. Step 5 — we return it to you with a quality report.
Your personal data is our top priority during your job. Customers throughout Shivaji Park trust us because we never access personal files. Throughout the job, your confidential files remain untouched. If a software reset is necessary, we consult you beforehand.
Your repair doesn't end when the HP is returned. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual within 90 days of your repair, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Shivaji Park customers choose Xigox again and again.
Many Shivaji Park customers wonder whether an extended warranty applies to this job. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. For out-of-warranty HP units, third-party job is typically usually cheaper compared to the official service centre.
