Basic printer service takes 1-2 hours. Hardware repairs may take 2-4 hours. We offer doorstep service for convenience.
Xigox handles HP DeskJet 2723 Printer Network Setup for all major brands in Malwani, including HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Samsung, Ricoh and Kyocera — and many more. No brand or model is too complex — we repair them all. Free pickup also available in Kandivali West, Malad West, Orlem and surrounding areas.
Yes — ₹350 for the inspection in Malwani. Our technician diagnoses your printer and gives you a clear written estimate; if you go ahead with the repair, that ₹350 is adjusted against the total cost, so the inspection itself doesn't add to the bill. If you decide not to proceed, the ₹350 still applies for the technician's time. Customers across Malwani (400095) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
We accept all major payment methods for HP DeskJet 2723 Printer Network Setup in Malwani: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash. Payment is collected after the repair is completed to your satisfaction — we never charge upfront without consent. Free pickup also available in Kandivali West, Malad West, Orlem and surrounding areas.
Yes — out-of-warranty printers are most of what we handle in Malwani. Once the manufacturer warranty lapses, authorised centres often quote near-replacement prices for a single component. We repair at component level where it is safe to do so, which is usually a fraction of that cost, and back it with our own 90-day warranty. Customers near Malvani Signal in Malwani are covered by our free pickup.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your printer in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. Trusted by customers throughout Mumbai Suburban — rated 4.9★ across 9,605+ reviews.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Malwani. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the printer, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. Our service covers the full 400095 postal area in Malwani.
We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. You can reply to that thread at any point to reach the technician handling your printer rather than a general helpline. Customers near Malvani Signal in Malwani are covered by our free pickup.
Back up documents, photos and anything stored only on that printer before any repair — with us or anyone else. Most HP DeskJet 2723 Printer Network Setup work does not touch your data, but board-level faults and storage failures can be unpredictable. Tell us in advance if the drive holds irreplaceable data and we will treat recovery as the first priority. We also serve Kandivali West, Malad West, Orlem, so you can recommend us to neighbours too.
Our rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than roughly half of a comparable replacement and the printer is more than five years old, replacement is usually the better call. We tell you which side of that line you are on during the inspection in Malwani, even when the answer means we do not get the job. Customers near Malvani Signal in Malwani are covered by our free pickup.

HP DeskJet 2723 Repair in Malwani — Xigox
Most Malwani repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP DeskJet 2723 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every HP component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your HP DeskJet 2723 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400095 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Malvani Signal, our service coverage extends across Malwani and all surrounding localities. In addition to Malwani, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Kandivali West, Malad West, Orlem and other nearby areas.

How it's done
How We Perform Printer Network Setup
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
For a clean installation or setup, our technicians configure the printer or device's wireless settings from scratch (rather than just retrying a half-working existing setup), install the matching driver on each device that needs it, and confirm the connection survives a router restart.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
2 What This Requires
- Your network's WiFi credentials, or a direct Ethernet connection if WiFi isn't in use.
- Confirmation of how many devices need to connect, since each one needs its own driver installed even once the printer/device itself is online.
3 When You Need This
- Setting up a new device for the first time.
- An existing connection keeps dropping or needs to be re-paired after every router restart.
- You've moved to a new network (new home/office, new router) and need the device reconnected.
