10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Gholvad repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP LaserJet Pro M404dn architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every HP component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your HP LaserJet Pro M404dn — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401702 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Gholvad Chikoo Garden, our service coverage extends across Gholvad and all surrounding localities. In addition to Gholvad, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Vangaon Market, Vangaon, Vangaon Station and other nearby areas.
Straightforward HP jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Gholvad. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
We back HP work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your HP LaserJet Pro M404dn does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a clean installation or setup, we isolate whether the fault is the printer, the connection (USB/WiFi), or the computer's driver/queue first — each has a different fix — by testing the printer directly against a different device before concluding where the fault actually sits.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
The model
The HP LaserJet Pro M404dn is part of HP's LaserJet Pro line — small-business-oriented laser printers, often with networking and higher-volume paper handling than entry LaserJet models.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox.
