Who repairs your device
Your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a clean installation or setup, our technicians configure the printer or device's wireless settings from scratch (rather than just retrying a half-working existing setup), install the matching driver on each device that needs it, and confirm the connection survives a router restart.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
The model
The HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 is part of HP's OfficeJet Pro line — business inkjet printers built for office document volume, bridging the gap between consumer inkjets and laser printers.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Laser printer drum and fuser failures in Vitawa require specific component diagnosis: is it the drum unit, the transfer belt, or the fuser assembly?. Xigox engineers diagnose the exact component before ordering any part — keeping HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 Printer Wireless Setup cost to the minimum necessary. All laser printer work in Vitawa includes a 100-page test print at delivery.
