Xigox is Lalbaug's leading independent specialist for HP Printer repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on HP hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all HP product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Parts for HP Printer models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400012 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Currey Road, our service coverage extends across Lalbaug and all surrounding localities. In addition to Lalbaug, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Parel, Elphinstone Road, Lower Parel and other nearby areas.
How your HP Printer gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Lalbaug; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your HP Printer leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

Product lines
Our bench covers 17 distinct HP series. That matters for Printer Setup, because a Compaq and a DeskJet are stripped down very differently. We regularly take in Compaq, DeskJet, EliteBook and EliteDesk, along with EliteOne, Envy, LaserJet and Neverstop units for Printer Setup in Lalbaug. Specific HP models on our current service list include HP DeskJet 2723, HP ENVY 6055, HP LaserJet 1020 and HP LaserJet Pro M1136. If your HP model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 is part of HP's OfficeJet Pro line — business inkjet printers built for office document volume, bridging the gap between consumer inkjets and laser printers.
Worth knowing for this repair: Business-oriented inkjet — faster and more durable than consumer DeskJet printers, though still ink- not toner-based.
The HP Smart Tank 515 is part of HP's Smart Tank line — HP's refillable-ink-tank printer family, HP's direct answer to Epson's EcoTank, aimed at high-volume home/office printing at a very low cost-per-page.
Worth knowing for this repair: Refillable ink tanks instead of cartridges — dramatically lower cost-per-page for high-volume printing.
The HP DeskJet 2723 is part of HP's DeskJet line — HP's entry-level home inkjet printers, built for low-volume, occasional home printing rather than heavy daily use.
Worth knowing for this repair: Cartridge-based ink system (not a refillable tank) — ongoing cost-per-page is higher than EcoTank/Smart Tank competitors.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a clean installation or setup, we isolate whether the fault is the printer, the connection (USB/WiFi), or the computer's driver/queue first — each has a different fix — by testing the printer directly against a different device before concluding where the fault actually sits.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Laser printer drum and fuser failures in Lalbaug require targeted fault isolation: exactly which component has failed?. Xigox engineers never replace all laser consumables speculatively — saving businesses ₹3,000–₹8,000 in unnecessary parts. HP Printer Setup in Lalbaug includes a print quality verification before handover.
You have options in Lalbaug, but Xigox is the preferred choice for this issue. Our core values include complete transparency. Every issue starts with a detailed hardware check costing just ₹350, refunded if you proceed. No hidden charges — just professional issue in Lalbaug.

A common question is whether an extended warranty applies to this issue.
