Who repairs your device
Your HP is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

Most Elphinstone Road repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP Printer architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every HP component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Printer — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400013 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Prabhadevi, our service coverage extends across Elphinstone Road and all surrounding localities. In addition to Elphinstone Road, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Lower Parel, Currey Road, Lalbaug and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Elphinstone Road. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
We back HP work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Printer does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

Our bench covers 17 distinct HP series. That matters for Printer Setup, because a Compaq and a DeskJet are stripped down very differently. We regularly take in Compaq, DeskJet, EliteBook and EliteDesk, along with EliteOne, Envy, LaserJet and Neverstop units for Printer Setup in Elphinstone Road. Specific HP models on our current service list include HP DeskJet 2723, HP ENVY 6055, HP LaserJet 1020 and HP LaserJet Pro M1136. If your HP model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The HP LaserJet is part of HP's LaserJet Pro line — small-business-oriented laser printers, often with networking and higher-volume paper handling than entry LaserJet models.
Worth knowing for this repair: Toner-based printing — the same low-per-page-cost advantage as the base LaserJet line.
The HP Neverstop Laser 1200w is part of HP's Neverstop line — a hybrid approach combining laser printing speed with a refillable toner tank (rather than disposable cartridges), aimed at high-volume home/small-office use without recurring cartridge costs.
Worth knowing for this repair: Refillable toner tank instead of disposable cartridges — meaningfully lower long-term cost for high-volume printing.
The HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 is part of HP's OfficeJet Pro line — business inkjet printers built for office document volume, bridging the gap between consumer inkjets and laser printers.
Worth knowing for this repair: Business-oriented inkjet — faster and more durable than consumer DeskJet printers, though still ink- not toner-based.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a clean installation or setup, we isolate whether the fault is the printer, the connection (USB/WiFi), or the computer's driver/queue first — each has a different fix — by testing the printer directly against a different device before concluding where the fault actually sits.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Print nozzle blockages are the #1 reason for blank lines, colour gaps, and faded output — and new heads are rarely needed. Xigox's printer team uses professional cleaning equipment to clear blockages for HP Deskjet, Canon PIXMA, Epson EcoTank, and Brother. Most HP Printer Setup jobs in Elphinstone Road restores full print quality without parts cost.
