Dell Latitude 5540 — Battery Health Restoration

“I noticed my Dell Latitude 5540 battery had swollen and the trackpad area was visibly bulging upward, which was not only inconvenient but genuinely dangerous. I immediately rushed to the Xigox Juhu service centre where the technician carefully removed the swollen battery using proper safety protocols to avoid any risk of puncture. They disposed of the old battery responsibly and installed a brand-new BIS-certified battery with identical voltage and wattage specifications. After installation they ran a full charge-discharge calibration cycle and the battery health monitor now shows one hundred percent capacity with an estimated life of over eight hours on balanced mode. They also checked the charging circuit on the motherboard to ensure the swelling was not caused by a faulty charge controller. Top-notch professionalism — They turned what I thought was a write-off into a perfectly working device.”

MacBook Air M3 15-inch — Broken Hinge Fix

At the Xigox the technician inspected both hinges and found that the right hinge was also developing stress fractures. They replaced both hinge assemblies with heavy-duty stainless steel replacements, reinforced the mounting points inside the laptop body with metal brackets, and carefully reassembled the casing so it looks completely original. The lid now opens and closes with smooth, firm resistance and there is absolutely zero wobble. They even touched up the small scuff marks on the plastic bezels.
