Product lines
Lenovo does not build one laptop — it builds 7 separate series, and Not Charging repair is a different job on each. Xigox services IdeaCentre, IdeaPad, Legion and ThinkCentre and the rest of the Lenovo range. We regularly take in IdeaCentre, IdeaPad, Legion and ThinkCentre, along with ThinkPad, ThinkStation and Yoga units for Not Charging repair in Poisar. Specific Lenovo models on our current service list include Lenovo IdeaPad, Lenovo Legion, Lenovo ThinkPad and Lenovo Yoga. If your Lenovo model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Lenovo ThinkPad is Lenovo's legendary business laptop line (inherited from IBM) — renowned for keyboard quality, the distinctive red TrackPoint nub, and exceptional build durability, a long-standing favorite among business and technical users.
The Lenovo Yoga is Lenovo's convertible/2-in-1 laptop line — a 360-degree hinge lets it fold into tablet, tent, or stand modes, aimed at users who want touchscreen/pen flexibility alongside standard laptop use.
Worth knowing for this repair: Touchscreen and often active-pen support, distinct from standard clamshell laptops.
The Lenovo IdeaPad is Lenovo's mainstream consumer laptop line — everyday computing and schoolwork at an accessible price, Lenovo's answer to Dell Inspiron and HP Pavilion.
