Retina Display Repair — Panel-Only Where Apple Replaces the Lid
Apple bonds the Retina panel, glass and lid into one assembly, so an Apple Store quotes a whole display module. Our technicians separate the panel from the lid where the model allows it, which is why a MacBook screen repair here often costs a fraction of Apple's figure.
Along with MacBook Screen Replacement, our team provides doorstep laptop repair in Colaba , home service computer repair in Colaba , pickup and drop laptop repair in Colaba , onsite computer repair in Colaba , and laptop repair at home in Colaba for busy households and offices.
Apple bonds the Retina panel, glass and lid into a single assembly, which is why an Apple Store quote is often for a complete display module rather than just the broken part. Our technicians identify your exact MacBook model and panel revision first, then replace the panel on its own wherever the design allows it — the single biggest reason a MacBook screen repair here typically costs a fraction of Apple's figure.
Every screen job includes a check for Flexgate (the 2016–2017 display flex cable that's too short by design) and a True Tone recalibration, since the feature is tied to panel-specific data and would otherwise stop working after a swap. Panels are bonded in a dust-controlled area rather than on an open bench, and the finished MacBook is delivered back to Colaba with a 90-day written warranty.
Experiencing any of these? Schedule a free pickup from Colaba — ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair).
Every MacBook Screen Replacement in Colaba includes everything below — no hidden extras, no surprise add-ons.
The reasons our customers keep coming back and referring their friends.
Apple replaces the entire lid assembly. On models where the panel separates cleanly we fit the panel alone — the single biggest cost difference on a MacBook screen repair.
The 2016–2017 display flex is too short by design. We route the replacement with the correct slack instead of repeating the original fault.
True Tone depends on data tied to the original panel. We transfer or recalibrate it so the feature still works after the repair.
Retina panels show every trapped particle. Bonding is done in a dust-controlled area, not on an open bench.
Every MacBook screen job includes a free battery cycle count and health check — a swollen battery is a common cause of pressure marks.
Written warranty covering the panel, the bonding and the display flex work.
Who repairs your device
MacBook Screen Replacement is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish, never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.
₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair) · Approved quote · No hidden charges · 90 Days warranty on every repair.
