10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Halav Pol repair shops handle MSI the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our MSI technicians are trained specifically on MSI Computer architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on MSI work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every MSI component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Computer — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401404 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Palghar, our service coverage extends across Halav Pol and all surrounding localities. In addition to Halav Pol, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Palghar Market, Palghar Station, Palghar and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Halav Pol. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Every MSI repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your MSI Computer.

Product lines
MSI does not build one desktop — it builds 9 separate series, and Computer External DVD Writer Setup is a different job on each. Xigox services Creator, GF, Katana and MAG and the rest of the MSI range. We regularly take in Creator, GF, Katana and MAG, along with MEG, Modern, Prestige and Raider units for Computer External DVD Writer Setup in Halav Pol. Specific MSI models on our current service list include MSI MAG Infinite S3, MSI MEG Trident X2 and MSI PRO DP180. If your MSI model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The MSI PRO DP180 is part of MSI's PRO desktop line — business and productivity-oriented desktops rather than MSI's gaming-focused MAG/MEG lines.
The MSI MAG Infinite S3 is part of MSI's MAG desktop line — mid-tier gaming desktops balancing performance and value, positioned below the flagship MEG line.
The MSI MEG Trident X2 is part of MSI's MEG line — MSI's flagship high-performance gaming desktops, with the strongest cooling and component tiers in MSI's desktop range.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a clean installation or setup, our technicians check whether the fault is isolated to one port or affects all ports of that type (which usually points to a controller-chip issue on the motherboard rather than the connector itself) before deciding between a port-level repair and a board-level one.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Bulging or leaking capacitors in Halav Pol are an extremely common fault on boards older than 5 years — especially after Mumbai's humid monsoon cycles. Xigox's board-level engineers perform targeted cap replacement rather than recommending a full board swap: a ₹500–₹1,500 repair instead of a ₹10,000–₹25,000 board replacement. That's the standard Xigox holds for MSI Computer External DVD Writer Setup in Halav Pol — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the MSI Computer External DVD Writer Setup is complete.
