Most Linking Road repair shops handle Samsung the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Samsung technicians are trained specifically on Samsung Xpress M2020W architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Samsung work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Samsung component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Samsung Xpress M2020W — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400050 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). In addition to Linking Road, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Bandra, Pali Hill, Bandra Reclamation and other nearby areas.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a clean installation or setup, we isolate whether the fault is the printer, the connection (USB/WiFi), or the computer's driver/queue first — each has a different fix — by testing the printer directly against a different device before concluding where the fault actually sits.
