10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Evershine City repair shops handle Toshiba the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Toshiba technicians are trained specifically on Toshiba Portege X30 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Toshiba work is so much higher than a general shop's.
We stock genuine Toshiba parts and OEM-compatible components for every common Toshiba Portege X30 fault — from screen replacements and battery swaps to logic board repairs and data recovery. Before any work begins, you receive a written cost estimate. Our ₹350 inspection fee is refunded if you proceed with the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401208 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Vasai East Station (nearby), our service coverage extends across Evershine City and all surrounding localities. In addition to Evershine City, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Sativali, Ambadi Road, Pelhar and other nearby areas.
How your Toshiba Portege X30 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Evershine City; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Toshiba Portege X30 leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The Toshiba Portege X30 is part of Toshiba/Dynabook's Portege line — historically one of the thinnest, lightest business ultrabook lines available, prized for portability.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. Xigox engineers have the right tools for every Toshiba model, ensure no secondary damage, and validate every key and trackpad gesture before delivery.
