Absolutely. We have strict data privacy policies. Your personal data is never accessed during repairs, and all storage is handled with complete confidentiality.

Every repair comes with a 90-day warranty. If you experience any issue within this period, we fix it free. If the original repair was not satisfactory, we make it right — guaranteed.

We sell only 100% genuine products from authorised channels. Every product comes with manufacturer warranty and proper documentation. We never sell counterfeit or grey-market items.

Yes — bring in the other shop's diagnosis or quote. Our ₹350 inspection gives you an independent, written assessment so you can compare before committing either way.

Yes. If the repair cost approaches or exceeds the value of a replacement, we say so plainly — our recommendation is based on what makes sense for you, not on maximising the invoice.

Our reviews are visible on Google tied to real customer profiles, accumulated over years, not posted in a short burst — a pattern that is easy to spot if you check review dates and reviewer history yourself.

Outside the 90-day warranty window, a repeat repair is chargeable, but we always check first whether the same root cause is responsible and give you an honest, discounted assessment rather than charging full price for an unrelated new fault.

Common repairs have published indicative pricing; anything unusual gets a written quote after the ₹350 inspection — in both cases, the number you approve is the number you pay, with no revision afterward.
