Your printer model never limits what we can fix. Xigox engineers are trained across all major brands: HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Samsung, Ricoh and Kyocera. Different manufacturers have unique design choices we account for in every repair. This depth of brand knowledge reduces repair time and lowers the chance of secondary damage.
Not sure what's wrong with your printer? Before you commit to any issue, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection. While we charge a nominal ₹350, this amount is fully refunded when you approve the quote. Our local experts will explain the exact fault clearly so you can make an informed decision.
Many Orlem customers wonder whether their laptop insurance covers the repair. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. For out-of-warranty printer units, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Orlem is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Prior to touching your printer, our technician shares a written quote covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
Need your printer fixed urgently? Xigox offers priority the repair in Orlem for critical situations. From an exam deadline and your printer just crashed, our emergency service moves your printer to the front of the line, so most repairs can be finished the same business day. Emergency the repair can be arranged including weekends in Orlem. Just say 'priority' when calling and our team will fast-track your repair immediately.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a clean installation or setup, for an installation or reinstall, we back up your existing files first, install a genuine, correctly licensed copy of the operating system, and install the specific driver set your exact hardware model needs — not a generic driver pack that happens to install without errors.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes
Who repairs your device
Brother Driver Installation is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish, never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.
Why Xigox?

Including Sundays and public holidays. Weekend and evening slots in Orlem are usually the easiest to book.
Updates at collection, diagnosis, quote, completion and dispatch — and you reply straight to the technician handling your Brother Driver Installation, not a helpline.
Technicians do not browse personal files during Brother Driver Installation. If a procedure could touch stored data we tell you before, not after.
We repair at chip and board level where it is safe to do so, which is why Brother Driver Installation here often costs a fraction of a full-module swap.
